I own an older single wide mobile home. The interior window has a stationary upper glass pane that is held to the frame with two of the clips pictured above. I am trying to identify the channel balance shown in the pictures. The length is 27" but there are no markings that I can find on the channel balance. Could you please help me identify the balance? Thank you for your assistance. Mike

I am looking for the part that fits in the door. The die cast pice that opperates the lach is cracked. No one around has anything that will come close to fitting even if I replace the whole thing. Would appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks Chris

On jpeg _0193 it looks like the numbers 27 3 And the letters PS I and then a letter P perpendicular to the other letters. The length of the balance metal end to metal end was approximately 28".

The door was working fine all of a suddenly start acting like this hard to open & close, most of the time cannot open all the way. Where are the markings on the commercial doors with glass? Please suggest me so I can order pivots for the door for commercial building. Thanks.

Trying to help out my grandfather... His sliding glass door handle finally had enough. House was built in the early to mid 1960's. He's pretty sure this is the original handle on the door. Any help / advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
