Hi I have an apartment that the handy men over the years have patched up the locks to work or supposed to work: I just want to buy a whole new identical lock or the upgraded version. Can you help, please?

Hi I see my storm door which has lock cylinder saying "PSH" on it. I dont have keys for it with me. Can anyone help me to get replacement for lock cylinder?

The stamped number: 32D ED5 CMC 45 Quantity: 2 Length: 32" Also the pivot shoe is my main problem. The broken shoe was on the balance but looks like the glass repair shop removed them If these can't be replaced is there another option?

I have enclosed the pictures of the balance that I am looking for for my Caldwell window 17 4 AO Caldwell. It is 17 inches long and has a base that is 1-3/16 inch deep.

Balancers are labeled "32 3 AQ Caldwell". I don't know for sure the weight of the window but the movable aluminum sash measures roughly 24 x 35 inches and I estimate it weighs 15 to 20 pounds.
