Would like to verify if my balance matches your model #S385-27. Top plastic piece look different from my balance. Stamp is 26-4 DA2 CMC 7.

Hi, I'm looking for a window channel balance. The one I have has this on the side: 26-4 GH5 CMC 34. On your site I only found one that ends with CMC 54. Is that one going to work or do I need to find the exact match?

The pivot bar on the window is part number 26-226 and need the left and right pivot lock shoes and the springs that are used on the same window.

HOW DO YOU MEASURE THE SHOE DEPT? AS SHOWN ON THE PICTURE IT IS 1 1/8 INCH. ALSO HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE TENSION SPRING NEEDED? THE CHANNEL BALANCE CAME OUT OF A SMALL WINDOW ABOUT 24H X 32W.

Looking for the brand

So, I'm fairly certain that I need a 7 lb Series 152 Coil Balance, however, the stamp on the old coil is "7K" (see photo). Shall I assume this means 7 lbs.?

I have 6 windows I am needing to replace the balances on, upper and lower on both sides of windows. The upper balances are 24 inches, lower are 22 inches. I have one window that will need both lowers balances replaced, it is 14 inches.

I have a roller set for a screen door that needs replacement. It is likely from 1988 and no manufacturer or model number can be found. Can you let me know what replacement part is compatible? Thanks!

Hi, Can you supply a similar style gasket which has a slightly longer flap? flat is approx 9/16" "T" is 3/16" Thank you, The part is a door bottom rail water flap. Attached is another picture. Thank you for your help!
