Hello, I am trying to figure out how to repair this window, it looks like its missing the part that would slide into that track and connect to the arm. I am hoping you can help me identify this part and I will order it. The window swings open from the bottom and has a "casement style" "sizzor lift" ... (cont.)

I'm sending you two emails (and two sets of photos) because I need to order channel balances for two different sizes of windows. This second set of five photos is for the smaller windows (3' by 3'.) Can you please tell me the replacement sash locks and associated hardware (screws) to replace these dual locks for a full sized window (30" x 53 1/2") that is inside of a shower. I am looking for 2 Semco channel balances. On both sides for the top sash the channel balances have went bad. The balance is ribbed. I know what I need I just need help finding the right part.

The balancer is labeled "AA CMC 11". I also need the plastic piece that attaches to the the sash itself (this looks like it's coming up as the first picture). I have additional photos if needed.

I am needing 1 window latch like the 1 in the pictures attached to this request. The only markings on it are "092" and "11H". I could not find anything even remotely similar using either of those numbers though.
