Hello, I have two windows that I need to replace the balances for so a total of 4 channel balances. The balance shoe on my current parts appear to be 15-029 and I could not find a complete channel balance with those feet. For reference, I believe I will need one pair of 29" channel balance 2830 with ... (cont.)

1/2" channel balancer. Metal part is 28" long, Non-tilt windows. Has stamped 2740 bsi on it. Please let me know which one to order, thank you!

Hi the picture I added is for the white plastic piece - it is missing on the other side of the window. And seems to help the window stay up as when we open it it just falls back down. Really appreciate the help.

Hello I have a tilt latch that I need replacing. The measurements are 3/8 width by 2 7/8 length. Is has 2 screws that are about 1 7/8 center to center. Any suggestions please. Thank you have a great day. I provided pics with the measurements to get the best solution

I am trying to find parts to repair a Jordan window. The right side slide rail rail, including the spring.

This is on a Harvey double hung window. When released as shown in picture it prevents window from opening all the way.

This lock is over 20 years old - needs replacing as won't stay shut . The only markings I can find is Jado on top of handle and weather shield logo above handle . The one I ordered is different and won't work. The lock part is longer and skinnier on my old one . Any ideas ? Thank you Denise ... (cont.)

The existing mortise lock is stamped into the rounded metal mortise frame. Tried to replace it with a standard lock from Home Depot but the two parts do not separate.

Channel is 29" long, 1/2" wide. 2840. 7 is stamped on channel. End fittings are shown in picture. Window clips shown in video are gone.

Can you tell me what which parts I need to replace these? They are 22" by 1/2" (a little over 1/2") long and the stamp says 21 12 BSI DN. I have two windows that need these replaced and they are the same balances with the same markings.Thanks, Clarissa
