I am looking to help my family member fix their windows and they have this style balance arm. I have only ever dealt with the metal spiral balance arms. They are 22" if anyone can give knowledge and tips on the job I would be forever grateful

Hi there, this window became very difficult to open. I believe the coil balance busted on both sides? I've included label pics and I saw a 6lb mark on the shoe thing. Can you tell exactly what parts I need? Thanks!

Do you have this part available? It is a Semco casement hinge. All of the other identical looking Casements in the house have the normal Truth track and sash bracket type hinge mechanism except this one has this type of hinge
