Company that installed can't help me with crank replacement. From inside it's 4 1/2" long and comes out 1 3/4" from window and about 1 3/4" high.

I believe this is 1/2 inch (9/16) channel balance. I just don't know the corresponding weight to pick. S385 was good for another window in my house. What product should I get? Thanks!
