Hello, I am installing the sash guides from my order (thank you!) and some of the windows are still acting weird. When I raise them, they are crooked and don't raise straight. Looking for casement window crank replacements for what I believe are Andersen windows. The crank arm is 13.5 inches long. Original hardware and windows from 1973. Hope you can help me. Need 4 left and 4 right. Thank you. Patricia

There are no markings on either the window or crank. I do not know the manufacturer. This part is roughly 40 years old.

The plastic runner broke and the hinge won't stay on the track. I have attached a photo of an opposite hinge with a Truth part number 31229.
