the bottom bracket that engages into the balance rod/assembly. I need 2 of them (one for each side) I tried contacting Caneproof windows of Palm Coast- Phone number disconnected.

Spiral balance old metal foot is broken. These windows are designed so the "metal foot" is flush to the bottom of the window. the coil spring is broken on one window and the latch tilt is broken on three windows (6ea- 3 left and 3 right). this is not on my house but a client of mine. I have reached out to the Simonton window company but have not received a response.

I am William Depicted below is the latch along with the broken piece. It is for a small bathroom window which tilts. On the latch from screw to screw the measurement is 2 1/4". I do not see a female screwed in receiver.Thanks,William

Our house was built in Austin Texas by Toll Brothers in 2008. We still have the original windows. The letters "BFS" are on each window locking mechanism. 45 year old home with Viking/Temp-Seal Sigma 115 windows marked with 77-2 inside the panes on the aluminum. The rollers are shot in a few of the frames, and I'd like to replace them all. Thank you for the help!
