Hello. I'm trying to identify this sash balancer and if I need different ones for the right and left. Thank you Kris

I need a new locking mechanism for this biparting patio door. Please see attached pictures.

I don't think the roller pictured is the original for this door, but it does work. If you recognize the placement for the mechanism based on the other photo, I would prefer to have the original. Otherwise I'll take the aftermarket.

It holds the screen secure in the window casing from winds and such. They are plastic (used to be clear). It's for a regular window. Not a storm door.

Not sure What the part number is/name or if you sell it? thanks

Hi,Hi,The metal portion of the balance is 20" long. Do you have a replacement that would work? It looks like 20" series 380 channel balance will work but wanted to confirm what you guys think? Look forward to hearing from you.Aloha,Brandon

I'm looking for a replacement window retainer clips. I'm told our windows were made by Republic which I hear is no longer in business. The clip is in an l-shape and is 5/16 in on both sides with a thumb screw. I can't find them anywhere.

One window channel balance spring is broken in two different windows. I am looking for the correct replacement part number for the channel balance with the correct end hardware and clip. The channel balance frame is stamped 2210 and the length, not including end hardware, is 23 inches long. Thank y ... (cont.)
