This window balance if for a non-tilt out window. The markings on the side say 26 4 BQ CALDWELL. The length of the actual metal portion of the balance is 27" and it's 1/2" wide. From the ones available on your site it looks like it could be an S351 or S390 but I can't tell which one. Thanks for ... (cont.)

I need two upper window's. They became leaders. How do I go about replacing them?

I have old casement windows and I am having trouble finding a replacement crank that fits the window. Do you have cranks that might fit I will add a picture of the crank.

I would like to order 2 for the left side and 2 for the right side.This is from a Crestline double hung window 30x54" double pane glass. E8 on broken spring, 8 on plastic lock. I would like to purchase 2 sets for the left side and 2 sets for the right side. Steve

Greetings. My home was manufactured in approximately 2013 and has single hung, tilting MGM 5610 windows. I believe they are the Southern Rose line. I need a replacement balance from the right side of the window. I also need a replacement Pivot Shoe as well. See attached photos.

What window crank part # is used for operator #39-023 and 39-022? Also do you sell attachment screws for these rear mount operators? Please advise. Thank you, Jimmy
