I am trying to locate replacement leaf springs for F. C. Russell Co. storm windows. I have included several pictures of the spring. I have a BFRrich vinyl double hung window that's approx 19 years old. The pivot pin on the right side broke. I know the manufacturer is out of business. I hope you can help with a replacement pivot pin. v/r Jim

I am having trouble getting the key lock on a new replacement handle to engage the mortise lock. As another person mentioned, my instructions don't contain any info about the lock. I am unable to remove the pivot bar. I will spraying wd40 as in the video. Attached are two views of how badly rusted these are. I hope you can recommend a replacement. It looks like 26-340 but I would like to be certain about it. Thanks in advance, Dom

Attached pictures of old Allenco balances . Need for 8 windows , 16 in total. Length 28" metal end to metal end. 1/2" wide. Model no. 2730. There is a small "b" right in front of the model number.

I have a single hung vinyl window with a broken string. The part number says 32C po BS1. Any idea what part I need?

I have 1980's vintage Crestline single pane double hung windows. The balance springs and sliding connection at the end of the springs are breaking. Are these parts still available? If not is there a replacement mechanism that can replace these old ones? Thanks for your help Vern

This lable is from patio door. The screen needs top and bottom rollers. Rollers are not on screen so I can't take picture. House was built in 1979.

Mirror door closet rollers

Hi. This is from a sliding glass door built in the 1970's. The door latch plate has a brand stamp, as does the door handle and the screen door handle. There are no other markings anywhere on the glass or frame that I can see. The part in the roller photo is 6" wide from end to end and 5/8" wide. The ... (cont.)
