Looking for a replacement lock. On picture is on the existing lock that is on the other side, the picture of the hole is the lock that is missing. Also looking for a new crank or possibly entire mechanism for the crank photo.

i believe I need a 30" 395 series but with a 15-003 shoe. The shoe on my balance is like a 1 1/4 not the 1 1/8. Can the 15.003 be applied to that balance to replace the 1 1/8

I broke the lock lever. The hole centers are 3 15/16 inch and the door thickness is 2" where the slide handles attach. Please recommend replacement so I can order. Thanks

I have a double hung window that has this part broken. Im completely lost when it comes to what part this would be that needs to be replaced. Any help would be great. Thank you

cant seem to find a part number on the balance other than 30 3 but i need to replace this balance and possibly order some sets due the the building being a older building

Metal end to metal end length is 31' only thing printed is 30 30tx looks as if depth is 5/8, need 4ea and if possible a bit stronger to help lift window easier.

The lever broke off my crank out window. It is the lever that locks, the window securely closed. I am looking for the replacement holder and a new lever for a window.
