need a right and left door handle (Just left if possible) for a Marvin patio door, with lock. A screw broke and I can't extract it. I am about to bore a hole through the outside handle and simple put in a screw and nut. The locking mechanism is just fine.

Hi, Went to clean my double hung Simonton windows and realized that all my balance assemblies in all windows are broke. 21 windows. Latch length is 2 5/8" Width is 5/8" Flipping it over, appears to have 2 pins that hold itself in the window. The whole latch slips in

S.W.C. double hung windows in Bathroom needs two left & two right side brackets with coil spring. Also side photo of both windows with numbers may be helpful. Hello, I'm looking for a replacement roller assembly for my sliding glass door. The manufacturer is not listed, but it has "A-S" and "138" on it. It appears that Product Code: 90-278 will work for my needs. The windows are Acorn sliders with an 2 1/16" screw spacing and an 11/16" backset. Series 796 channel balance. I need 2 of these. Stamp on the ones now are 22-5. This is a 23" channel but I don't know what spring strength to order based on the stamp. Also, what is the difference between a closed am and open cam? Pictures look the same?
