Length of Channel 10 7/8". Over-all length is 12". Width is 9/16". Stamp reads 1020 BSI EN. I need 4 of these.

This is a plastic cover that fits over the spiral balance tube. My spiral balance tube measured out at 3/8" x 29" , but the cover measures out at 29 1/2". This is for a tilt window. Can you provide a part number, please? Thank you.

Hi, I have recently come across with a vinyl window of about 25 years of with the balance shown in the picture. The total length is 28 inches. I need your help to find a similar balance.
