We replaced all our windows on our house in 2021 with Crestline windows. Some of the locks are not working. The washer that holds it together on the window frame are not holding the lock in the frame it so it will not turn out to lock into the other window frame.

The spring door was flung out by the wind causing damage to the spring.

Are these weird sizes - had to return other mfg.... ordered 3 sizes and none fit...? I need to add the right corner pieces to my cart....like 6-8.

Hi Can you help to identify this assembly and offer a suitable alternative for replacement. There are no identifying markings on the corners or entire door assembly. I have a casement window that has no track on the bottom nor the part that attaches to the window that would ride in the track and keep the window close to the opening while it slides back-and-forth as the window opens or closes. In general, the window parts are truth/EMCO and a number of parts I pu ... (cont.)

I have a part that is on the top left and right side of window. I believe it holds the long springed bars (wrong name sorry) on left and right. This part looks like it has a left and right version and screws into window on both sides. I need a couple of each.

Can you please help me find the correct replacement hinge.

Seems the cam key on the bottom corner of window was bent from factory. This is not allowing the cams to turn far enough to free the window to slide up and down. Can these cam key studs be replaced

Years ago the installer never put in the lock keeper(!). I am just now getting around to fixing this omission. I'll use the original latch.
