Hello - I'm trying the find some replacement window latches (horizontal sliding; some to the right, others to the left . The picture is of the window latch that is on a sliding horizontal window. At times the mortise hooks do not engage with the latch. The patio door looks locked but it can be opened. Additionally, at other times when attempting to engage the mortise hooks they do not engage all the way as if they are striking the latch and go no further. The anti slam button is activated. ... I need a right hand operator for louver windows. The flat connector arm is 2 7/8" hole to hole and holes are 3/8". Distance between lower mounting holes is 1 1/8" and the distance between the upper two holes is about 7/16". The vertical distance between the lower and upper mounting holes is about 5 ... (cont.)

It says truth on the arm and back side has 45002 on it stamped

Looking for a new operator per the attached pics

Need new as the closer broke from a forceful close. HOME DEPOT AND LOWES have these but they do it fit. Don't know name of these 10 year old windows thanks so much

I did not remove the latch and was not able to see any numbers or maunfacturers identification markings.

Part is 2 1/2" long 5/8 wide 13/32 deep. from a Silver Line Widow. Distance to second screw is approx 13/16. how to get second screw out, all four windows have no head on the second screw. How do I get it out?

Roller wheels are 1 1/8" diameter Roller is metal height is 1 1/16" width is 9/16"

We replaced all our windows on our house in 2021 with Crestline windows. Some of the locks are not working. The washer that holds it together on the window frame are not holding the lock in the frame it so it will not turn out to lock into the other window frame.

The spring door was flung out by the wind causing damage to the spring.
