I need help to identify parts to match my old parts

Carriage is 3 inchel long by 3/4 inches wide. Carriage hight at wheel end is 1 38 inches. Wheel is steel 1 1/2 inched concave. I will need a total of 8 replacements to do 4 doors. Handy person and Landlord ;-)

I have Silverline windows, and the window is 13 years old. When I was cleaning the window today, the right sight of the window fell due to a rusted part. I think it might be a locking mechanism for when you tilt the window out. A handyman called it a pin. I need a replacement part. ... (cont.)
