Hello! I need to replace this system. It should be 9-1/2"I tried: Ellipse Style Single Arm Operator, 9-1/2" and it was not the right part.

This handle has broken, and I need a similar replacement. The interior handle pulls out from the exterior handle. There is a broken piece that can't be fixed. I took a chance and ordered your 15-104. I may need some insight as to how to remove the white balance covers or whatever they are that the sash slides on.
