This is came off the top of a casement window left side looking out. The pen is pointed to the other arm pivot that is rusted off. The metal part is 6 3/16 long, 4 screws held it in. HG04 2017U is stamped on the metal part.

27 7/8" long plastic sleeve, 28 3/4" long metal spiral

Don't know the part number of the operator just know that it is from the brand Truth Hardware. It has a 2 part single arm with the other part connected below the main part with an incline. The picture also shows the rail guide, which is connected to the frame, I only need to change the operator. ... (cont.)

Hi there, My client's window crank is not opening all of the way, and it appears to be the roller is dropping into the removal area halfway through the crank. Balance is 28" long and 1/2" wide with "2740" written on it. I think the Product Code for the matching balance is: S385-28. Is that correct?

Im trying to match this shoe. Not the typical channel shoe. Do you need to replace the whole balance assembly? You see the rusted out one in question. First time I have seen this style of shoe with a channel balance.

Jordan window glazing bead replacement. I figure I need at least 14 six foot pieces, considering I have to waste some off of each piece. a swisco 55 - 192 looks close but I imagine you guys would know exactly what works for Jordan windows.

I need to replace the part that operates the casement window opening. The lock is located on the left side of the window and the hand crank is located on the right side. The only part number I see is 20310. Please identify.
