Need replacements for an apartment complex

Had one balancer fail. It's the block and tackle with the spring kind for Milgard windows that do NOT tilt but just slide up and down. The balancer has a stamp of 26 5 on the 1/2" wide metal channel. The metal portion is 26 5/8" long as shown in the photo. I am ready to order 2 new balancers b ... (cont.)

I am wanting to confirm before I order, but based on my first and second picture and taking measurements (1-1/4") of my T-lock balance shoe I believe your matching part would be 15-195. Note that the slot where the wheel attaches to the frame is open at one end. Due to th epast corrosion, I would like to order a stainless steel roller assembly with nylon wheel.Also if you notice in the picture, there is a metal piece in that slot which broke off when the wheel was removed. The window is missing the lock bracket for crank style awning window as shown in pictures. I am searching for the part that needs installed.

Looking for replacement locking mechanism. The lock broke 3 days after we moved in, so I do not know the manufacturer. The rivets that connect the lock to the track have an "AK" stamped on them.
