Hi, I have a casement window and I recently ordered a crank mechanism. Now I'm having trouble matching weather stripping that I'm seeing on your site. I also have a broken plastic piece that holds the locking arm into place. I'm not sure if you carry it. Pictures enclosed

The only identifying number on it is the US Patent # 4.674.777 There are two latches on each window, so will need 4 latches.

This is a master bathroom double hung window. there are no markings to identify the glass or mechanism that I can see. I have no issues opening or closing either sash. Coil spring doesn't have any markings at all. Upper sash weighs 16.7lb is a simonton window marked Top 2NHS

need assistance in finding edging that matches or is similar to what's installed. home was built circa 2007 and this edging is weatherd and needs replacing. Hello, the coil on one side of my window snapped. I don't see any of these on your site, though. The coil doesn't have a hole or any bends like the ones you have listed. The windows are super cheap replacements that were put in by previous owner so they could sell the house so I don't know the brand ... (cont.)
