Hello dear, I have half dozen of these operators above not functioning properly as they keep skiding when being turned, please refer to photos & advise which parts I need to order & how to replace them. thanks.

Hi there. I've been looking for replacement cranks for both left and right windows. The ones in store don't seem to line up well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have these balance springs on about six windows that are broken. Various lengths. But you'll see the Gap Gap is exactly 1/2 in. From a jeld-wen window. If I measure down the side of the metal channel it's about 14 5/8".

Have these old windows and needing the screen holders for a couple of more screens for my windows. Im missing some and some are bent too. And I need a total of 8.

Plastic part broke

The pivot bars photographed work for this system, have already purchased new ones. Numerous pivot shoes around my house are seized. Photo'd is the shoe in question. I believe they are not replaceable and need a whole new track. Track is stamped 28B am hoping you have a replacement? ... (cont.)
