i have leigh metal bi fold doors from around 1970, the pivot rods are 5/16 dia, the guide pins are 1/4 dia, i think i need, 2 #21-001, 2 #21-154, and 6 #21-007, if this is correct can you tell me the cost with post & packing & tax. thank you

Hi. Got a client with a window that has a broken latch and crank. The latch appears to be internal to the trim.

I have a mortise lock and striker for a PlyGem Glass Slider. When the lock goes into the striker the lock slips out of. Is it possible to replace the lock and that would take care of the problem?Please let me know and many thanks for your time. Al

The operator mechanism for my weather shield window crank seems to be stripped. I can not get the window to fully crank shut, it just starts slipping against the resistance.
