Hello, my old Arcadia plastic handle on the motor lock is broke. I understand they don't make days anymore? The handle set has 3 15/16 inch holes and on the attached picture it says US PAT 2,701,157 2,701,157 any help finding a replacement would be greatly appreciated!

Attached are 2 photos of the awning window for which I need a part. The window does not close all the way,leaving a 2 inch open gap.
