The bottom wheel is missing from our installed window, where can I get a replacement?

It appears there is a right and left side rollers for both top and bottom of the screen door

I'm looking for a sash cap, I don't know the brand of window. The cap measures; 1" total height, 5/8' wide,9/16" thick, the screw hole is 3/4" from the top. I can't find this on your webpage. Thank you.

I need two replacements. The channel balance measures 10". The markings are 9 4 EV CMC 7. The other one is marked: 9 4 EV CMC 7. Yes, they come from the same window!Lynn

Both sides snapped in two. The coils are half inch wide. There is 23 inches from the bottom inside of the frame to the roller inside the support.
