I currently have three casement windows with a broken latch mechanisms. Unfortunately there's nothing on the windows to identify the manufacture.I also have two double hung windows that have the pieces at the bottom of the window which hold the window in as well as allow it to slide up in down.I did ... This glazing bead is from a sliding vinyl basement window from Pella.

Distance between holes is 5 7/8

Window(s) are believed to be M&W circa 2005. Then are single hung with tilt. The two small parts pivot and attachment around pivot that balance spring attached. The balance sheathhas number 34C pl BSL or BS1. Sash will not stay up and I need 8 of each.

Hi, Need above parts x2 left out swing & x2 right outswing windows operators + x4 rollers. Do you have these? Or, something comparable that would replace/work for these older type parts? Than you.

I need the clear plasic piece with the 2 wheels, my wheels are blabe. Are these available ?

Same issue, but the spring is 1/2" wide - any idea which one will fit my need? Same issue, means that the bottom 2 springs broke after 18+ years of service...

Hello, I'm trying to identify a replacement 1/2" channel balance for a Milgard window. The metal part of the balance measures 13 3/4" in length. There appear to be no part numbers on the balance, but there is a "13 9" and "13 5" stamped on the left and right balances, respectively. The shoe has "PAT ... (cont.)

Hi I bought pozzi windows in about 1989. The stem comes out. Should it or is it glued in? Any suggestions on how to fix. Thanks Joanne

I need to find handles for the outside of this screen. There were no handles mounted when we move in. There are no markings on this door. The hole spacing on the outside of the door = 3.5". At this time I only need handles for the outside of the door and I dont care about locking - just need a w ... (cont.)

NA 8226 is printed inside door handle.

i will need 2 new ones. number on mine is 9749 and at the end of pin is 3 it only has 1 hole it's 1 1/16" from the pointed end.

Looking for a replacement latch for Truth brand latch that broke last night. See photos. The #38-097 is very similar in it's dimensions but only has two screws to secure it and the one I've got has four. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
