House was built in 1968

Fixing a window for a client to many different variations for me to look through. Figured I'd leave it to the window pros!

We had the glass replaced and this part got lost. It is what keeps the window on track when opening and closing.

I'm looking for spiral balances for non-tilt sashes that measure 45" tall and weigh 23#. What would you Suggest? Regards, Clarence

Looking for replacement lock, 82-310 looks a lot like the right one, however measurements are a little off. Do you have anything that will work?

I am looking for a replacement part for the flock. The locking mechanism on the inside is broken. The color is slightly off-white, probably bisque, if there is a color match, that's great. If not, function and True match in size are more important than color. I want to avoid re-drilling the windo ... (cont.)

I am trying to see if this handle assembly is available. The dimension between the screws on the face plate is 6 3/4. the face plate is 1" x 7 1/2"

Hi I need to replace my broken awning window operator and two locking latch keepers (lost). They are manufactured by Truth in white and brass finishes as shown in the pics. There are 4 arms in the operator about 6 inches long each.

I bought the cam alone, but it's a bit too deep and the pin or feet of my sash are too big for it. Dimensions of the gadget are 1.26" wide, 3.66" tall, .56" deep. The cam is 0.53" deep x 0.61" in diameter. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

If I replace one side, do I then need to replace the other? Unsure of manufacturer or where to buy parts. Your YouTube videos are very helpful! Thank you Karen

Do you carry a flat screen spline that looks to be 3/8"?

Hello. Is invisible fiberglass screen considered gray? And is standard fiberglass screen considered charcoal? I'm looking for charcoal, and those seem to be the only two options. Thank you Gary

I have a canopy window in need of parts. The crank is OPO5-7540-03. Below are the pics of crank. The last photo shows the missing pieces for the ends of the arms and the mount on the underside of window that the arms attach to. Do you carry these parts?

I cannot find any markings or brand name anywhere, the door came with the house. It looks like the outside handle broke off. I have attached photos, I can send more if you need them.

I have two windows that have casement cover 39-154. However, when I moved into the house the two screws that go into the holes are missing. I have not been able to identify the proper screws to secure the casement cover to the window sill. Any help would be appreciated.
