Only numbers on it are 31 5 AX CMC 9. Measures 32in long. Looking at your site appears the Series 385-32 would be the correct item. The shoe measures at 1 3/32. I will need to replace 4 of these

Hello, I have some old Marvin wood double hung windows that need replacement balance mechanisms and maybe vinyl tracks as well (also maybe the insulation on the bottom of the window). Hi, I have a window that won't stay open. I took a look and saw that the coils are broken. The shoe looks like to be 15-180 but there is no marking on the coil. Is there an upgrade for the pivot shoe in the photo. I noticed that most pivot shoes are reinforced with a steel plate where the spiral balance comes through.
