This is part two of the previous ID Channel balance is 30" long

DNS stamped on side of lock. This is an internal lock, in other words it does not have a key. The locking mechanism is worn out. Need replacement part.

I am looking for a replacement security lock for a Certainteed replacement window. It seems to have popped out too far and I'd like to see if a replacement is available. Thank you.

I am not sure how to or if I can replace these. It doesn't seem right to replace the whole window because these little plastic tabs are broken (some are stuck out and will not go back in).

Any body know where I can buy these rollers?

Need spring balancer...Anderson sash balance number is 1626029...another number is 637 balance...year bought unit was 1988....what item is correct from you?

3 1/2 inches long, 7/8 inches wide, 2 3/4 inches between screw holes. Mounts on the top of the window frame which pivots out from the bottom for cleaning. The spring loaded plastic latch broke and I am looking for a replacement. The brand of window is Imperial.

I have a non tilt,sliding, double pane window. The sliding part is 30x45. The balance is 28 inches long. I've attached photos of the markings and the top and bottom ends. I need to know which of your models I need. I appreciate your help. Thanks, Jim

The female threads inside system to hold the threaded cylinder are stripped. The male holding cylinder will not hold the crank in place to close the window. The complete mechanism needs to be replaced. Handle is fine.

I have two of these rollers on the bottom of my screen door. I replaced one of them last year, ordered from Swisco. This year, I can't find it on the web site. Can you assist? --Michael
