the arm has a joint ( like a rivet joint beyond the photograph ) it is about 1" from the bend to the gear inside the window and 3" to the joint as mentioned earlier from edge to edge it is 3.75" and from screw to screw it is 3"

The plastic insert in the top of the window fell in the channel and I was unable to retrieve it. Please add a caution to be careful not to knock it out. Do you have a replacement piece or solution for this?

My Andersen sliding screens have bottom rollers with an adjuster rod/screw that appears to be plastic. The screwdriver slot is crumbling. This makes them difficult to adjust. Otherwise, they roll fine but many will need to be replaced. The ones you sell also seem to be plastic. Is there a more durab ... (cont.)

I need to repair multiple windows like this. The spiral has fallen down. Not sure if I need a new cylinder. It appears that all i need is the bottom piece, but I'm not sure and not sure how to "recharge" the spring.

The part is from a Uniframe vinyl window. I'm guessing the window is about 10 years old. It is on the bottom window.

This piece of hardware appear a very close measurement match to what I'm looking for. Length, width, etc...all good. The only difference is the roller circumference. Mine is 1 1/8". This is 1 1/4". Would that be a deal-breaker?

Locking handle moves up or down, but does not move the locking mechanism.
