20810 30841L 30843L Truth Pictures are of a left and right. I need both.

Not sure what hardware I am in need of. Please take a look at the photo and any assistance you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Non-tilt 1/2" Channel Width Metal channel length = 17 inches exactly Marking = 16 1 EK CALDWELL I can tell which (black) top part I am looking for, but the bottom (white) plastic piece is a mystery to me. I can try and take more/better photos if you need. Thanks so much, Paula

I have a broken vent stop. The size of the slot it fits in is 2.375 x .375. Where can I find a replacement? The longest I can find on line is 2 inches.

Hello, i need to replace this balance. 26-4 fa2 cmc 13 is printed on the side. also can i get a replacement hook for the end of the string. I may try and repair the old one as a backup. thanks

I have a right hand Truth casement window operator that is stripped. I have taken photos of the left hand operator that is still working and the handle removed - has stamp of 12 45054.

I'm not bothering w/ a photo because I can barely see the numbers let alone have them show up in a pic. I've got one sash balance w/ the # 089 727 1 88 and the other is 110 727 2 88. These are both Andersen. Are these the right numbers to match a part w/?
