Looking for rollers for certainteed (unknown series), see pictures attached.

Hello...I have a customer looking for a latch for a patio door. It has no markings on the door but the glass says, "Herculite-K" from 2003. I attached photos of the latch and on the side of the latch is a squiggle line (like the symbol for "approximately") with an upside down rounded "V" under it ... (cont.)

Need help finding a replace part for my dog chewed door. Door glass dimension is 26 3/4"

Would you be kind enough to help me identify this piece of glazing? The flat piece sticking out to the left is 1/8", the height from the flat piece up is 1/4" and the slanted piece from edge to edge is 7/16"

my balance has clip that fits in hole a top of window also has a spring with one string. it does have a stamped 26E. it should fit accept for clip,

I have a 2740 channel balance. The shoe appears to be a 15-001 but I didn't see anything like the top. I found a similar one on this site labeled 19-037, however mine is only 1 1/16" at its widest point (the "wings"). The channels on my windows are only about 1 1/8" wide.

I have the latch shown in the attached picture (SWISCO 83-126 Image). I am looking for the unit that this would lock into. Can you help? Thanks Tim

I need a replacement for the Truth 45251 casement window operator mechanism

Pictures attached of 17" long lift with "winged" top and bottom. The window weighs 15lb-9oz. I also need the channel balance guides, also pictured. This pin holds the tilting pane in place and is inserted on the bottom of the window hold by a single screw. The pin inserts on the sash on the side of the window I have 26 similar windows hopefully they will no break

Hello. I think I got it but since I've never done this I figured I'd ask. I narrowed my channel down to 28" SERIES 390 CHANNEL BALANCE with the 2740 option. (28-inch/pd/Series-390-Channel-Balances/S390-28) I measured my shoe and it's 1 1/16. I saw 15-002 measures the same. My channel is 9/16" x 28" ... (cont.)

Hello, I am looking for a striker that would work with a two hook slider lock, I have no idea what brand of door this is, I can't find a name anywhere. I've attached pictures of the lock and the place the striker used to be!. Thank you for your help. -norm

I accidentally broke this window...and i need to replace one of these rollers yet I can't seem to find it anywhere. Could you tell me where I can get this one?

I have a PGT, SGD-2500 series sliding glass door. 3 panels measuring 4'X 6' single pane glass I'd like to know if there are more than one type of replacement rollers for this sliding glass door. what are the correct rollers for this door? Thank you
