I have a (600?) Spiral balance with this broken pivot bar.

I need 4 Channel balances for 2 non-tilt windows. The channel is 1/2" wide and 29" long It appears as though I need a 19-009 Top (1/2" x 7/16"),and a 15-04 Shoe (15/16" x 1 3/32"). One of our channel balances' sash cord broke. There is no ID on windows or sash balance. I'm trying to order the right balances. Window is Non-Tilting double hung vinyl 48" x 72". The distance between the offset hole on top and the bottom holes is 5 3/16".The distance between the bottomholes is 1 1/8" and the distance between the thread and the hinge is 2 5/16".Do you have something yhat fits.
