I have a broke handle in a window I am unable to identify. I is approximately 2-3/4" long by 5/8" wide but fits in a slot app. 2-5/8" by 5/16" and appears to be glued in. The windows are triple pane vinyl or some kind of plastic. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi, I am trying to find a replacement for the channel balance as shown in the picture. It's 1/2" wide and 15" long. Only markings noted are "14 3 IP CALDWELL". Do you have anything that might work? Thank you! Gary

I will need a pair of 27" channel balance with 9/16 width. Since the shoe measure 1", series 380 seems to be the closest. Hi again, I have a couple of windows with 1/2" non-tilt channel balances that have failed. I've identified the replacement as your Series 390 balances with the 19-001 top and 15-001 shoe. One balance is stamped "1930 BSI" which seems obvious enough--it's 20" long so I will order the 1930 option ... (cont.)

The bottom run from the center of the hole to the tip is 3" The left raiser run from the center of the hole to the tip is 2 1/8" The 3" Run is 11/16" wide The 2 1/8" run is 5/8" wide This is plastic material, and it is for a window. The only name visible on the window is wright.
