Awning Window Shoe
I believe these would be called awning window shoes. It's where the swing arms attach to the window. We have had some break and want to replace them. The ones in teh current window seem to be a single piece spanning the gap that both arms fit into. I could be wrong. I saw the shoes on your webs ... (cont.)

The door is made by Pozzi
The latch is functioning however, something is broken on the inside mechanism. I tried to replace it with product code 82-398 under order number 3060361. Milgard Channel Balance
