I would like to fix this door but am in sure if I need the complete handle set or just switch switch is broken and gone/misplaced purchase at Lowe's about 2 years ago

I was able to find similar parts on your site but smaller in size. Wondering if you can help to identify if you have these parts available?

A few of the windows in my house have issues with opening/closing. For some, they are so difficult it's like a back-breaking workout, for at least one other the balances have just given up and dropped out. This may be two different problems, or the same issue, i.e. replace balances in all of them. ... (cont.)

The blue cam on one of my coil balances broke. The middle tab in the cam broke off, so can't get it to lock/unlock on its own. I'm trying to find a replacement balance, or if it's even possible to just replace the cam, that'd work too. VinylKraft, the window manufacturer, says it's model R1025, but ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement arms for some casement windows. They have a metal track that attaches to the window frame and a black slider that holds the sash in the metal track. Needing tops and bottoms for 12 windows.

These balances are off vinyl Jeld-wen windows from the early 2000's. The only marking I see is a patent # 5.737.877. The single hung panel weighs 10.1#. The single hung panel measures (width x height) 25 1/2" X 22 7/16" Thanks, Nate

Coil broke on both sides 10lb coil

The length of metal channel is 29 inches. The stamp reads 28B USB. I am not sure who manufactured and when is was made (though likely in 2005ish). I need two for now to make sure they do work.
