The door handle doesn't latch - it seems like a spring may be malfunctioning because the latch doesn't extend out as far as it used to in order to "catch" the part on the door frame.

Good morning / afternoon i am in need of 2 of these window gear setups. Is that possible? Do I need to measure? Sorry.

Length at top is : 1 & 3/16" Width of lever at top is : 9/16" Prongs are : 7/16 inch in length Width of prong at top : 3/8 inch Prongs at bottom are : 1/4 inch

NEITHER THE UPPER NOR LOWER SASH HOLD. BALANCE COIL IS APPROX 1/2" WIDE. CAN'R READ # ON COIL BUT APPROX 21" FROM BOTTOM LEDGE TO TOP OF STATIONARY COIL HOLDER.

Not not sure of the company. We just bought the house and three of the latches are broken so we're trying to replace them but there are a million to choose from

The catch is what I need it's measured 1¾ inch long. It's hollowed out on the bottom for the latch to hook. This is for my patio windows

there is no other information i can get off of these windows unfortunately.
