I have a channel balance that has the number 16CZ stamped on it it is 17" long and has the same hardware as S800-17. is this the same as the 16C?

Can the 42-004 Mail slot be used on an outside door? Is it weatherproof (cold/rain, etc). If not do you have something similar and of the same size (10" width OD) that would be weatherproof for an outside door?

part #26-348, what is the inside dimension of the tabs which hook into the weep hole? I see that the outside flap dimension is 1 11/16" but the inside dimension is not given.

Please describe the 6 9/16" installation hole centers for the 40-049. I have an Emtek door latch from a Pella storm door that looks identical to the one shown. However, I can not find any holes that are 6 9/16" apart.

Hello, Can you be specific about the color of your product 90-063? It says bronze but the picture looks almost copper-y. I have these locks and am interested in ordering one but mine seems a lot darker brown-ish in color than what yours looks like. Thanks! Loretta

What is the practical difference between S775-36 balances stamped 3600 and 3601? I seem to have both types in identical windows in my house. Is it possible that either could work for my particular window? Perhaps the sash weight suits both balances, for example.
