On my previous order I purchased 3 S350-30 Balances that were for my stamped "2920" balances~ I Installed a pair on 1 window, but when I open the window all the way up, it slides down 6 inches. Is it possible I can purchase for another window a pair of Balances with a "stronger spring" ... (cont.)

Yes, the 32-308, spring door stop, consist of two pieces, there is a round disk mount and the spring with plastic tip. The disk is mounted with a screw (not included) and then the spring slips into the disk.

The 62-008 rivet is very small, making it a little bit harder to install. The 75-075 rivet punch that SWISCO carries can be used but the point is a little bit large for this rivet. You may be able to find similar tool (with a smaller point) to the rivet punch and a hammer to install this rivet. B ... (cont.)
