My lower door assembly looks like the upper door assembly, and vice versa. The door doesn't appear to be on upside down, but considering the hack we had install it, anything is possible, and the thing has never really worked right. the handles on malta screens on botton sides to secure screens to malta windows

I am trying to mount my screens to the outside of the windows. most of the windows have an aluminum "U" shape form on the sides and the screens slide down the U and are held in place. Will the 70-158 perform the same function?

Should the spirals be lubricated? How often and with what? It seems the old spirals get very sticky and I am sure contributes to the breakage. Thnaks, Jerry
