two questions: 1. I am replacing a missing spiral balance. beside the spiral balance hardware (s900-28) what other assessories I need to buy? 2. I am also need a white vinyl cover for the spiral balance, do you sell those.

How do I remove the old 84-091. I can get the riveted or screwed portion of the roller low enough below the screen door to access the screw or rivet. The roller will only drop down so far.

If part of the operator is still attached to the handle and popping out from the gear it sound like the operator is broken. If this is the case the operator cannot be repaired only replaced.

You may need the 1530 stamp option, to check remove the window sash and place it on a scale. No, screws are not included with the 90-235 replacement Rusco window lock. It is best to reuse the screws from the old window locks you are replacing. Currently all orders on SWISCO.com are shipped via UPS.

All specs of the 39-026 seem to be exact except the arm extension. Original arm measures 2 7/16" rather than 2 1/4 ". Will this be a problem?
