I am looking to purchase replacement counter balances for a Vinyl Window. The ends look like Series 380 Channel. I measure the length and it is 20 inches. I do not know the Option to select when ordering. There is no stamped number in the Balance. However there is a label on the side "19 4 IT C ... (cont.)

What is the practical difference between S775-36 balances stamped 3600 and 3601? I seem to have both types in identical windows in my house. Is it possible that either could work for my particular window? Perhaps the sash weight suits both balances, for example.

We tried to take the screen door off in order to replace the screen. Couldn't get it off, because rollers wouldn't adjust. Now we have this return spring (86-021) just hanging there, because we don't know how it attaches. Can you help? Thanks!

The 82-218 latch appears to be the exact replacement for my sliding glass door , which I have actually located in San Antonio Tx, BUT my latch has a extra escutchion type part that fits around the oval part of the latch and over the monting holes of the latch. The coil balances I'm trying to replace have #5.5, 64" stamped on them, but yours are only showing to have a max travel of 35". Do you have anything that would meet my needs? Your 5.5 lb Series 160 Coil Balance looks perfect except for the max travel. PLEASE HELP!!!
