Hello. Google says you're the best at window channel balance replacement parts. I need to update the mechanisms on several of my 24 year old MW Windows. Can you please help me figure out which item(s) to order? The photo is what I removed from the channel after the string broke and plastic pieces we ... (cont.)

There are 2 of them, they attach to the silver bar that the door screws into and the part that slides with the door and the spring attached too. One of the black pieces that a screw screws into broke.

Broken window frame latch can't find replacement part please help.

I'm not sure which one is the right fit.

Need a left hand window lock. The uninstalled lock pictured is a right hand lock.

The photos are of a good window latch. We have one on another window that the top is broken. It is the right locking latch when looking at the window from insie the window. Thank you.

Good Morning, The pivot bar on my builder grade window has broken. The arm slides complete out of the window when I attempt to place is in the sash, so I am looking for help on identifying the correct replacement part.

I see the part number 28hd I believe. A little confused with all the options. I have another window 24hd part number with ssme setup.
