I have a double hung Amlin window, and 3 of the 4 coils are broken. They are labeled "9L" or "9R". These are Amlin BHI-Ex installed in Feb. 2014. I'd replace all 4 as that last one is likely close to breaking. One photo is a broken one and one is the last intact one. Thanks!

Lenght is 24 inches. Need to replace balance both sides impact windows. No stamped identifiers on parts.Windows are PGT Impact

1. Balance width is 1/2 2. Balance fittings has wings from either side top and bottom. Balance shoe depths are 1,1/8 and 1. Your web side shows part number 15-001 and 15-005, but I am not sure. Marks on metal part is BSI PE. METAL CHANNEL LENGHT IS 31.5 . WINDOW WEIGHT 21.8.

Trying to find replacement crank for bedroom window. It was installed about 15 yrs ago. The only markings I can see say.....made in USA, the numbers 41012 (etched into arm) and 090799 ink stamped on housing. And the letters TRU etched onto one of the arms.

I am in need of 4 (2 ) for each window and 4 clips.

Do I need to replace balance rod to replace the shoe or is separate.
