Preparing house for sale and missing 5 cranks for windows. Don't know size or where measurements are taken and which are important. If no coppertone could use gold... Thanks for the help.

The windows are very stiff. I assume they need new sliders and a good cleaning. If the photos are not good enough quality let me know. I know the bugs don't help but I ran out of hands!

Dimensions: 1 5/8" high, 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" thick The balance shoes on several of our double hing windows have broken. Hoping to get about 12 replacement balance shoes.

This is from a Thermo tech patio door. This rain goes around the outside of the lock assembly on the edge of the door. The door was built and installed in 2009.
