The crank arm won't engage and feels stripped. Do you carry replacement parts for this?

The part number for the window operator is 2310998 in Canada, and 6375382 in the USA. However, the first number '6' in the USA part number is damaged or partially missing. I am looking for a replacement for this part. Thank you!

Above picture of clip. I need a longer part that fits against the screen. This is 1/4 inch. Prefer metal and white. The off set is 1/2 inch which is fine

This balance shoe needs to be replaced. The lock is OK, but the portion that secures the spiral does not hold the spiral effectively anymore. The spiral keeps popping out. I think it is because the plastic is worn or possibly broken near the top.

I have some older Anderson casement windows that are in good shape, but with worn out operators. I'm unsure where to measure the operator arm, so I included a tape measure in the shot. Can you identify the operator I need?

Our patio door handle matches your part # 82-086 except instead of being 8 1/2 inches in length, ours is 9 /1/2. The screw holes are indeed 3 15/16 inches apart. Will 81-086 fit on our door?

I just moved into a house and it appears that one of the rollers on the screen door is broken, causing the door to not slide smoothly. Do you all sell these rollers? The local hardware store said they don't carry them, and I should try somewhere more specialized.

We do not see any numbers, etc but we can turn the knob but nothing happens...seems everything is stripped. Would we be able to get something to fix this. Thanks.

I'm not sure what to call it but while I had the sash out on the double hung window, something snapped and broke on the side which is the spring loaded (I think) balance. I have had you help identify the sash clips that broke as well and appreciate your help. Thx
