I'm inquiring to see if you have any corner brackets like mine with the wheel attached. Bracket is 3" tall x 2.625" wide (not including wheel mechanism) x .75" thick. Wheel is 1" diameter.

Hello we have Vetter window. A double casement arch top window 60x72 is having the wood around rotting out. I am looking for another window I can put in to that window. Redo? Or does anyone still carry Vetter Windows?

Lock is only a lever interior lock. Double latching hooks that lock(engage) bracket mounted to door fram side. Bracket is approx 6" long, and 3/4" wide mounted inside of door track

Hi, I ordered two extended travel channel balances a few weeks ago. I received them and they look great! Now I found another broken part! See the attached pictures. This plastic piece is screwed on each side (two total per window) at top inside of the track. They are 10/16 inches wide and 1 1/2 ... (cont.)

Cmech stamp found on the dead bolt otherwise no markings. The Storm Door latch is broken and needs to be replaced. The rest of the hardware is okay and working. The spindle is 5/16" and the hole spacing is 1 3/4".

I am replacing these 527 balancers from the early 90s and I was wondering if balancer 531 will work the same and if everything is compatible to the 527. Thank you.

The picture shows the original part. I ordered 55-017 Capitol 800 Series Snap-in but it did not match and had to be returned. What should I order instead?

Complicated mortise: 93"tall x 10/16"wide. Need both sides. Handles and hardware are ok.

Need replacement pivot pin....fits your no. 15-177 coil balance shoe...screws are one inch apart center to center, and the pin is stamped with the no. 16.

Having a really hard time finding a replacement for this handle. There are 5 or so int the house really stripped now. I'm hoping new handles will secure to the existing base on the windows.
