This Betterbilt window was installed in 2004 (approx). it is a single-hung vinyl window. It fails to stay in position when partially opened. ideas? part numbers? any help would be appreciated. Charles

Hav several of these cranks not working . Will not open or close window

It appears that the window is missing a black tab that keeps the window in place. Both balances appear to be broken as well as the plastic tabs that hold the balances in place. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bryan

Need help determining which window lock is the correct replacement part for our windows. The only numbers I can locate are on the bottom the piece with the locking mechanism, a 10 and then a 02 on the base. Thank you for any assistance!

Attached are photos of a window crank. The crank handle no longer affixes to the stationary part. I've enclosed photos of both the broken crank handle and one that is not broken on the same window. Can you please help me identify the correct crank handle part to purchase? Thank you ... (cont.)
