Hello, I'm in need of 2 window balances and 2 window take out clips. My window is a Pella Single Hung unit. The overall window balance length is 26 5/8". Sash Weight is 17.5 LBS, so I need the 2630 Series. Please see attached pics.Can I use a 26" or 27" window balance? It doesn't have to be a per ... (cont.)

The part I want to replace is the lock mechanism. The springs are weak now. Plunger and handle return.

Looking to replace the internal lock part if possible. It has 4 hook locks in the patio door.

Hello - I thought the 39-389 would fit but it doesn't have the flat bottom on the crank area and it has a different style of crank arm to window slide attachment. Let me know if you have replacement operator that matches my image. Thanks

Looking for replacement wheels. Bearings inside rollers appear to be worn and/or damaged.

We moved in our house and had not opened our windows yet. I opened them this weekend and the window would not lift up only inwards towards the inside of house.
