I accidentally broke this retaining clip when installing the window balancers I purchased from you. Please advise the correct replacement part. Thanks!

The springs connect to a part that's fastened onto the window which snapped, I need to replace the part themselves and plan to also replace the spring

how to measure window cranks

I am looking for these spring inserts for a vinyl window (22 5 E23U CMC). They are jammed. Also looking for the top&bottom trim that you will see damaged here.

What is that piece called and how do I get my hands on some of them? I need 4-5 of them!

I have these old closet doors and I can't seem to find the right bottom guides for these and seems to be ACME but haven't been successful finding a bottom guide with the same rollers! Any help would be appreciated!

There are no part numbers on any of the parts I have. The parts are the springs that lift and lower the window. The spring loaded clip that allows the double hung window windows to flip out from the window frame. And a bottom guide that the bottom of the window sides up and down upon, and allows ... (cont.)

We had an old plastic insert where all of the parts basically failed simultaneously. Both pins broke off. The locking guides that hold the pins broke. And the safety latch broke.

Hi, looking for a window balance - left side it that matters. It's a 30", pulley style, on ply gem windows( not absolutely sure about mfg).

The pictures are of the right side. I need the left if looking at it from outside. It is way broken. Crank broke too. Don't think I can open it.Numbers on it DEPRES-???DETA ??Also says entry gard Truth29810

Looking for replacement window kerf bubble weather strip. Original was foam filled in bubble and around kerf. Dimensions look to me to be 5/16" bubble, 1/4"x3/16" kerf. The kerf is a hard plastic. Do you have a replacement that will work? Thank you so much!

The length of crank is close to 6 inches. The window cranke up and out. 4 panels.
